Renkler Makina, which produces in its factories in Izmir and Manisa, has included its new robot in its production line.

Renkler Makina, operating in the metal processing sector, has made its 12th industrial robot investment to be used in welded manufacturing.

FIRST INVESTMENT OF MANISA FACTORY

The new investment was integrated into the machinery park as the company's 12th in total and the first metal collar employee of the Manisa factory.

It was reported that the robot, which is thought to contribute primarily to the motivation and vision of the employees as it is the first robot investment of the company's Manisa factory, will also increase the quality, standard and efficiency of the welded manufacturing process and will benefit the improvement of the company's welding capability.

The hose package of the robot, which is ABB's IRB 1520ID model, is completely integrated into the upper arm and the base of the robot. This means that all media required for arc welding, including shielding gas and compressed air, are diverted for maximum performance and energy efficiency. With a payload of 4 kg and a reach of 1.5 m, the new metal collar worker also offers positioning flexibility and short cycle times.
