As Renkler Makina, we took part in the event titled “HR Workshop: Transition from Human Resources to People and Culture”.

👥 In the workshop held on December 4, 2024 with the cooperation of KOSGEB Izmir Directorate, EGİAD and ESİAD within the scope of the European Enterprise Network, we had the opportunity to address the transformation of HR and future trends with the Design Thinking method.

🚀 By adopting a people and culture-oriented approach, we sought an answer to the question “How can we design the resilient HR management of the Aegean Region?”
