Renkler has a state-of-the-art machining facility and a specialized team focused on the production of high-volume and high-precision parts. Thanks to our customer-oriented approach and engineering capabilities, we are able to manufacture high-quality components from various materials such as steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, brass, and cast materials.

Our Production Capabilities:

CNC Turning Machines: With 2 CNC turning machines featuring C and Y axes and 1 CNC turning machine with X and Z axes, we perform complex and precision turning operations.

Sliding Headstock Lathe: We have a sliding headstock lathe for high-speed and efficient production.

Universal Lathe and Milling Machines: We have universal machines to perform various turning and milling operations.

CNC Milling Machines: With 3 vertical and 1 horizontal CNC milling machines, we are capable of performing complex milling operations.

Manual Milling and Drilling Machines: With 10 manual milling and drilling machines, we carry out various milling and drilling operations.

Our Technological Infrastructure

We use the latest CAD/CAM programs in our design and production processes to develop customized solutions for our customers. All fixtures and gauges are designed by our experienced engineering team and manufactured in our tool shop in accordance with customer requirements.
